Design:

The Board Meeting Rack was designed to store that cluttered wall of boards in your garage. Built in 48 inch sections the Board Meeting Rack can be mounted in multiple arrangements. Horizontal, which we at Oakmulgee refer to as Ski Slope Style, would be mounting a Board Meeting Rack horizontally on the wall and standing/leaning you boards vertically within the rack.

Ski Slope Style

Gun Rack Style would consist of mounting 2 Board Meeting Racks vertically, and spaced apart from each other at a distance appropriate to your board length. Boards would then be laid within the rack horizontally. Board Meeting Racks can be stacked on top of each other, or spaced in different increments to form the perfect storage space for all length of boards.

EDPM edge guarding on all storage surfaces is in place to protect the gel coat or paint job on your board.  Underneath the storage surfaces there is an array of accessory holders to store whatever other gear you may have laying around.

Prior to my purchase of the “Board Meeting Rack” system for my house, my paddle boards, paddles and gear cluttered up my garage floor. Upon receiving my racks and deciding on the wall I wanted them on, installation was simple and only took me 20-30 minutes (this due to me doing it alone, a helper would have been half the time). I was able to get all my boards, paddles and gear up off the floor to not only free up garage space for my vehicles but to also keep my boards from getting beat from living on the floor. The rubber surrounds on the racks help to keep the surface of the boards from getting scratched up and the design allows for me to store all of my gear, and I still have room for more. After looking at some other racks, I’m glad I ended up with these from Oakmulgee, they are very well designed and engineered and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great space saver and a way to safely store your gear.
