Overview

This Privacy Policy (this "Policy") provides you with information related to how Oakmulgee, LLC d/b/a Oakmulgee and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "Oakmulgee") collects, uses, protects, and discloses your personal information and non-personal information that is made available to Oakmulgee through various means, when using our websites (including websites that may be operated on our behalf by our partners and service providers), and information we receive electronically from your computer and from other sources, including other websites, browsers, survey responses, marketing or research institutes and the like. SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. If you sign-up for our emails/newsletter, we will send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SECTION 4 - SQUARESPACE

Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

The Squarespace platform uses Stripe as a payment processing service. Stripe checkout services allow us to streamline the sale of products to you.

All payments adhere to PCI DSS, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Adhering to PCI DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and service providers. SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Squarespace uses cookies for authentication, tracking user sessions, preferences, and movements around the website, anonymous and aggregated marketing analytics, performance analytics, retargeting, and tracking aggregate trends. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use Our website, but your ability to use some features or areas of Our website may be limited.
