If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it within 30 days or purchase.

The Board Meeting Rack, Bike Station Rack, and Mini Bike Rack come with EPDM rubber edge banding to protect your bike or board. This banding is designed to fail before your bike or board is scratched. If the failure of the banding occurs do not hang your bike or board on the rack until repairs are made or damage may occur. Please send us an email at sales@oakmulgee.com and we will send you new seals to install.

The Oakmulgee warranty doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. 


Oakmulgee cannot accurately predict what type of surface customers will mount the Board Meeting Rack and Bike Station Rack to. Therefore, we choose to not supply mounting hardware. We trust your judgement on selecting the appropriate hardware to mount your rack to the wall. We, at Oakmulgee, are not responsible for damage occurring to your product due to 3rd party hardware failures.

Returns Process

In the case that you want to return a product, we will refund your money in full less the shipping if it is within 30 days of the purchase date. Please use the following steps to process your return:


1.Email us at sales@oakmulgee.com and we will issue a RMA number

2.Once your have received your RMA number from us please print the email and include it within the packaging of product.

4. We advise that you keep your return tracking information until out support team has processed your refund.

5.Once we have received your order at the warehouse we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days. It then takes 2-3 business days for the fund to show back up in your account.
